Off to work this morning and hope fully the ankle biters that I am teaching will not drain me of all my energy.  NOT!  I won't allow that.  I will enjoy them.  I do enjoy teaching and I feel that I do make a difference in the world.  The difference is I only impact a few people but the impact could be great because they are so young.  So, I try to be loving and empathetic and supportive of a beautiful life.
Pay it forward;  JUST DO IT!!

This trick I used very often till I uncovered the real cause of my upset stomach each night before I went to bed.   
Mix ground cinnamon about 1 -2 tablespoons with an equal amount of raw honey.  This will make a thick pasted.  Eat one teaspoon or more to settle your upset stomach.  You will then be able to sleep so fine.
Any way,  For years I had not been able to sleep well at night and often had and upset stomach with the usual nasty burps and belching.  I was talking to some friends about this and my wife too had been telling me (for Years!) to not eat so fast.  So,  I began to slow way down and chew my food till I thought you couldn't chew it any more.   Wow!!   Did that change things over night!!!  Now I miss my cinnamon flavor because I never have to use it any more and can go to sleep comfortably.

Friday and the sun is hiding behind the clouds here in Chongqing-again!  It seems that you rarely see the sun.  I like to watch the sun coming up in the morning.  
Anyway, I will go to work at about one and teach around 2 to 4:30 or so and that is the extent of my day.   Tomorrow will be a much longer day and I will teach about 6 hours or so.  Man, so much different than in the states.  There, I worked so hard and for so many hours.  Here, I am on the gravy train.   Teaching is not without it's hardships though.  I have to deal with about 150 people today.  I need to satisfy their needs for English.  I must think and then speak and use my wits to stay in control of the classes and lead them to understanding the English in the text at hand.
